Position: Sales Telecaller
Location: Thiruvankulam, Kerala
Employment Type: Full-Time
Experience: 0–3 Years (Freshers with positive communication skills can also apply)

About the Role

We are looking for an energetic, confident, and target-oriented Sales Telecaller who can convert enquiries into customers through effective communication and follow-up. The ideal candidate should be passionate about sales, possess excellent communication skills, and be capable of building strong customer relationships over the phone.

Key Responsibilities1. Sales Calling & Lead Conversion

- Make outbound calls to enquiries and potential customers.
- Receive inbound calls and convert enquiries into qualified leads.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable services.
- Explain the company’s products and services confidently and professionally.
- Convince prospective customers to schedule meetings, consultations, or site visits.
- Follow up consistently until the lead is successfully converted or closed.

2. Lead Management

- Maintain and update all leads in the company’s CRM/Lead Management System.
- Categorize leads based on their stage in the sales process.
- Ensure every lead receives timely follow-up without delay.
- Coordinate with the Sales Team to ensure smooth lead handover.

3. Customer Relationship Management

- Build trust and maintain professional relationships with prospective clients.
- Address customer questions and objections effectively.
- Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the sales journey.
- Escalate complex customer requirements to the concerned department whenever necessary.

4. Sales Target Achievement

- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets.
- Achieve lead generation, appointment booking, and sales conversion targets.
- Maximize conversion rates through effective communication and systematic follow-ups.
- Contribute to the branch’s overall sales performance.

5. Documentation & Reporting

- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, customer responses,



and sales status.
- Submit daily call reports and sales activity reports.
- Track conversion ratios and suggest improvements to increase sales performance.

Required Qualifications

Education

- Plus Two / Diploma / Degree (Graduates preferred)

Experience

- Experience in Telecalling, Tele Sales, Customer Service, or Sales is an added advantage.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.

Skills Required

- Excellent communication skills in Malayalam and English.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Ability to confidently handle customer objections.
- Sales-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving targets.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM, Excel).
- Good time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple customer follow-ups.
