Responsibilities: Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, and Retrospective).
- Remove obstacles that impede the team's progress.
- Shield the team from external distractions and interruptions.
- Ensure the team adheres to Scrum practices and principles.
- Act as a servant leader, supporting the team and Product Owner.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
- Promote collaboration and effective communication among team members.
- Help the Product Owner maintain and prioritize the product backlog.
- Coach the team on Agile and Scrum best practices.
- Monitor team progress and performance metrics.
- Facilitate conflict resolution within the team.
- Support organizational adoption of Agile practices,Encourage transparency and openness in all team activities.
