Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior PL/SQL Developer specializing in Oracle HCM to develop, maintain, and optimize database programs and support HCM integrations. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, database performance tuning, HCM data models, data migration, and integrations.

Candidates should have hands-on experience working with Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM or Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) HRMS and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain PL/SQL procedures, functions, packages, and triggers.
- Perform Oracle database performance tuning and query optimization.
- Support integrations with Oracle HCM and related enterprise applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve database, integration, and HCM-related technical issues.
- Work with Oracle HCM data models and support data extraction, transformation, and migration activities.
- Support Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM or EBS HRMS implementations, enhancements, and maintenance.
- Analyze business and technical requirements and deliver efficient database solutions.
- Collaborate with functional consultants, technical teams, and business stakeholders.




- Maintain technical documentation and follow database development best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- 6+ years of relevant experience in Oracle SQL and PL/SQL development.
- Strong hands-on expertise in stored procedures, functions, packages, and triggers.
- Experience in Oracle database performance tuning and query optimization.
- Practical experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM or Oracle EBS HRMS.
- Good understanding of Oracle HCM data models and database structures.
- Experience with data migration, data extraction, and system integrations.
- Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with Oracle HCM Extracts.
- Knowledge of HDL (HCM Data Loader).
- Experience with BI Publisher reports.
- Exposure to Oracle HCM implementation, support, and enhancement projects.

Work Environment

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹130,000.00 per month
