Shiksha Class is recruiting qualified and experienced faculties for UGC NET and CSIR NET coaching. The selected candidates will be responsible for delivering concept-oriented, exam-focused instruction to help aspirants qualify NET/JRF in their respective subjects.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Conduct live online and/or offline classes for UGC NET and CSIR NET
- Teach strictly as per the latest syllabus, exam pattern, and weightage
- Provide PYQ-based teaching with detailed explanations
- Prepare or review study materials, notes, MCQs, and mock tests
- Handle doubt-clearing, revision, and test discussion sessions
- Maintain academic quality, discipline, and class effectiveness
- Coordinate with course coordinators for scheduling,



recordings, Materials, Tests and uploads

Experience

- Freshers with strong subject expertise may apply
- 1–3 years of teaching experience in competitive exams preferred
- Experienced faculties will be given priority

Eligibility Criteria

- Minimum Post-Graduation (PG) in the relevant subject
- NET / JRF / PhD preferred (mandatory for some CSIR NET subjects as per requirement)
- Proven experience in UGC NET / CSIR NET coaching preferred
- Robust conceptual clarity and communication skills
- Ability to simplify complex concepts for competitive exam preparation
- Comfortable with online teaching platforms (Zoom, digital boards, PPTs)

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300.00 - ₹500.00 per hour
