Job Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to bank customers for payment reminders and follow-ups.
- Inform customers about pending EMIs, credit card dues, or other outstanding payments.
- Politely remind customers of payment due dates and overdue amounts.
- Assist customers with payment-related queries and provide basic information.
- Maintain records of calls, customer responses, and payment commitments.
- Follow company policies and professional communication standards.
Eligibility Criteria
- Freshers are welcome; candidates with up to 1 year of experience can apply.
- Minimum qualification: 12th pass or graduate.
- Positive communication skills in Hindi; basic English preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Good convincing skills and a positive attitude.
