Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Senior IT Recruiter to manage end-to-end IT recruitment for our growing team. The ideal candidate should have experience in candidate sourcing, resume screening, interview coordination, and recruitment closure.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT positions, including Software Developers, Frontend and Backend Developers, Full Stack Developers, UI/UX Designers, QA Engineers, and other technical roles.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, referrals, job portals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and communication.
- Coordinate technical interviews with hiring managers and development teams.
- Manage interview scheduling, candidate follow-ups, feedback collection, salary discussions, and offer negotiations.
- Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and hiring pipelines.
- Follow up with selected candidates and ensure timely joining.
- Coordinate with management to understand hiring requirements and priorities.
- Track interview lineups, selections, offers,



and joining status.
- Achieve recruitment targets and ensure timely closure of vacancies.
- Support HR operations and employee-related activities as required.

Requirements

- Minimum 1+ year of experience in IT Recruitment or Technical Recruitment.
- Good understanding of IT roles and technical hiring requirements.
- Experience using LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and other sourcing platforms.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Good coordination, follow-up, and organizational abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet recruitment targets.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced workplace.
