Super Industries, a leading solar solutions provider based out of Thrissur, Kerala, is hiring a proactive and results-driven Customer Relationship Manager. This is a 100% Work from Home (WFH) role designed for a candidate who excels at tele-sales, relationship building, and team coordination. You will act as the vital bridge between remote leads and our on-ground technical field team to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Management & Conversion

- Maintain and update the pipeline diligently.
- Make a mandatory minimum number of daily outgoing calls to prospective customers.
- Qualify inbound leads, understand their specific solar energy requirements, and address preliminary queries.
- Strategically convert leads into closed business meetings.

2. Appointment Fixing & Field Coordination

- Pitch solar products effectively to schedule and fix qualified customer appointments.
- Coordinate seamlessly with the Thrissur-based field engineering/sales team to set up site visits.
- Relay precise customer requirements and structural data to the field team before meetings.

Monitoring & Reporting

- Track and monitor the field team's daily schedules to ensure scheduled customer meetings take place.
- Follow up with both the field staff and the customer post-visit to secure order closures.
- Keep clean, structured logs of all call interactions and pipeline updates.

Key Requirements & Qualifications

- Languages: Must be highly fluent in Malayalam (for local customer trust) and possess a good command of English.
- Experience: Prior experience in telecalling, inside sales, CRM management, or the renewable energy/solar sector is highly preferred.
- Tech-Savviness: Must have a reliable, high-speed internet connection, a laptop/smartphone, and familiarity with basic CRM software or spreadsheets.
- Skills: Time management, active listening, and cross-team coordination capabilities.
