- Source two-wheeler delivery executives through field visits, local networks, social media and online platforms.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of delivery partners to meet hiring targets.
- Screen rider and vendor profiles and complete background verification (BGV).
- Coordinate rider onboarding and ensure timely deployment.
- Identify recent sourcing channels, vendors and recruitment networks.
- Maintain job postings and candidate databases.
- Coordinate with sales and operations teams to fulfil staffing requirements.
Requirements
- Experience in field recruitment or sourcing of delivery executives.
- Experience in vendor management and rider onboarding.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer systems.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of Bangalore and its local areas.
- Willingness to travel locally.
- Must own a two-wheeler and have a valid driving licence.
