Job Summary:
We are looking for an HVAC Operator to operate and maintain HVAC systems in a pharmaceutical manufacturing plant. The candidate will be responsible for monitoring temperature, humidity, differential pressure, and cleanroom conditions as per pharmaceutical industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor AHU, chillers, cooling towers, pumps, and ventilation systems.
- Maintain temperature, humidity, and differential pressure in production areas and cleanrooms.
- Monitor HEPA filters and air filtration systems.
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance of HVAC equipment.
- Record daily readings and maintain HVAC logbooks and checklists.
- Identify equipment faults and coordinate with the maintenance team for breakdown resolution.
- Ensure HVAC systems operate according to SOPs and GMP requirements.
- Maintain proper documentation and support HVAC qualification activities.
- Follow safety procedures and maintain cleanliness in utility areas.
Eligibility & Qualifications:
- ITI / Diploma in HVAC, Refrigeration & Air Conditioning, or Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience in HVAC operation in a pharmaceutical company is preferred.
- Knowledge of AHU, chillers, cooling towers, pumps, HEPA filters, and cleanroom parameters.
- Basic knowledge of GMP, SOPs, and maintenance documentation.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
