Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and motivated PLC Automation Engineer with a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in industrial automation, PLC programming, HMI/SCADA development, system integration, troubleshooting, and commissioning.

The candidate should have practical experience working with industrial control systems and be capable of independently handling assigned automation engineering activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, modify, test, and troubleshoot PLC programs using Ladder Logic, Function Block Diagram (FBD), and Structured Text (ST).
- Configure and develop HMI/SCADA applications, including graphical screens, alarms, trends, and data logging.
- Work with PLC platforms such as Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Mitsubishi, Delta, or Schneider Electric.
- Perform PLC hardware configuration, I/O mapping, and communication setup.
- Configure and troubleshoot industrial communication protocols such as Modbus RTU/TCP, Profinet, Profibus, and Ethernet/IP.
- Integrate PLC systems with VFDs, sensors, actuators, motor starters, and field instruments.
- Read and interpret electrical schematics, control panel drawings, P&ID; diagrams, and I/O lists.
- Perform PLC panel testing, I/O loop checking, functional testing, and troubleshooting.
- Support Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), Site Acceptance Testing (SAT), installation, and commissioning.
- Prepare technical documentation, including PLC logic descriptions, I/O lists, test reports, and commissioning records.




- Provide technical support for existing automation systems and resolve operational issues.

Industrial Communication

Control Systems

- Motor control and interlocking
- VFD configuration and troubleshooting
- Analog and digital I/O
- PID control fundamentals
- Sensors and industrial instrumentation

Educational Qualification

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Mechatronics, or related engineering disciplines.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant industrial automation experience.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Strong PLC programming and troubleshooting skills.
- Good understanding of electrical control circuits and industrial automation systems.
- Experience in machine automation or process automation projects.
- Ability to work independently and coordinate with project teams.
- Willingness to travel for site commissioning and technical support.
- Good problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹480,000.00 per year
