- Handle inbound and outbound calls from prospective and existing clients.
- Follow up on digital marketing leads and convert them into clinic appointments.
- Schedule consultations and confirm client visits with respective branches.
- Follow up with clients who missed appointments and reschedule visits.
- Coordinate with Branch Managers, consultants, and clinic teams for effective lead management.
- Maintain accurate lead data, call records, appointment status, and follow-up details in the CRM.
- Ensure timely follow-ups on all assigned leads and avoid lead leakage.
- Achieve daily and monthly targets for calls, appointments, and lead conversions.
- Provide skilled customer service and address client queries.
- Submit daily performance reports to the reporting manager.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
