Job Responsibilities
- Perform skincare and aesthetic treatments as per company protocols and standard operating procedures.
- Deliver treatments such as Laser Hair Reduction (LHR), HydraFacial, chemical peels, and other skin treatments, depending on training and certification.
- Understand customers’ skincare concerns and explain treatment procedures and aftercare instructions.
- Ensure high standards of hygiene, sanitization, and safety during all procedures.
- Maintain treatment records and update customer details accurately.
- Provide an excellent customer experience and build strong customer relationships.
- Coordinate with doctors and centre teams to ensure smooth clinic operations.
- Handle customer queries and support treatment-related follow-ups.
- Maintain treatment rooms, equipment, and skincare products appropriately.
Candidate Requirements
- Qualification in Beauty Therapy, Cosmetology, Aesthetics, or a relevant field.
- Experience in a dermatology clinic, aesthetic centre, laser clinic, or skincare brand is preferred.
- Knowledge of skincare treatments and basic skin types.
- Good communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.
- Willingness to work in a rotational weekly-off schedule.
- Ability to follow treatment protocols and maintain professional standards.
