- Prescription Handling and Dispensing
- Review prescriptions and dispense medicines accurately as prescribed.
- Verify medicine name, strength, dosage form, quantity, directions, and expiry before dispensing.
- Refer prescription discrepancies, unclear instructions, potential interactions, or other concerns to the prescribing doctor when necessary.
- Ensure compliance with applicable requirements for prescription-only and scheduled medicines.
- Customer Service and Patient Guidance
- Explain prescribed dosage, administration, storage, and precautions clearly to customers.
- Respond professionally to customer queries within the pharmacist’s professional scope.
- Recommend only appropriate OTC products and refer customers to a doctor when medical evaluation is needed.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and a courteous, customer-focused approach.
- Inventory and Stock Management
- Receive and verify medicines and healthcare products against invoices.
- Monitor stock levels, batch numbers, expiry dates, and near-expiry products.
- Follow FEFO (First Expiry, First Out) and appropriate storage practices.
- Maintain records of stock receipts, sales, returns,



damaged goods, and expired medicines.
- Coordinate with suppliers to support timely replenishment and reduce stock-outs.
- Storage and Regulatory Compliance
- Maintain appropriate storage conditions, including cold-chain requirements wherever applicable.
- Ensure medicines are stored securely and segregated appropriately.
- Maintain required prescription, sale, and other statutory records.
- Follow applicable pharmacy laws, drug-sale licence conditions, and professional ethics.
- Never substitute a medicine or alter a prescription except as legally permitted and professionally appropriate.
- Billing and Store Operations
- Operate the pharmacy billing/POS software accurately.
- Verify products and quantities before completing customer transactions.
- Assist with stock reconciliation, daily sales records, shelf organisation, and product displays.
- Maintain cleanliness, discipline, and a qualified store environment.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
