Develop power-sales strategies and evaluate viable offtake arrangements for proposed solar, wind, hybrid and storage projects.

Key responsibilities

- Identify potential buyers, including DISCOMs, utilities and eligible commercial and industrial consumers.
- Track relevant competitive tenders and procurement opportunities.
- Evaluate PPA tariffs, contract terms, tenor and payment-security provisions.
- Assess merchant, open-access, captive and other permitted sale structures.
- Coordinate with legal, finance and regulatory teams on contract risks.
- Analyse curtailment, scheduling, forecasting and balancing requirements.
- Maintain a pipeline of potential offtake opportunities.
- Support negotiations with prospective buyers and intermediaries.

Candidate requirements

- 10+ years in power markets, PPA negotiation, energy trading or utility procurement.
- Familiarity with Indian electricity-market structures and regulations.
- Solid contract-commercial and analytical skills.
- Experience with renewable-energy procurement preferred.

Pay: From ₹2,500,000.00 per year
