Job Description
Lead the design and development of complex data transformation workflows using DBT Develop scalable and maintainable data models and pipelines aligned with business requirements Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to integrate DBT solutions into existing data platforms Ensure high data quality integrity and performance throughout the data lifecycle Stay updated with the latest DBT features and best practices to continuously improve data engineering processes Provide strategic guidance on DBT adoption and usage within the organization Drive innovation by evaluating and integrating new tools and technologies related to DBT and data transformation
Roles and Responsibilities
Architect and oversee endtoend DBTbased data transformation projects
Mentor and lead data engineering teams to deliver highquality DBT models and pipelines
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices for DBT development
Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks in data transformation processes
Coordinate with data architects and platform teams to ensure seamless integration of DBT workflows
Monitor and maintain data transformation workflows to ensure reliability and scalability
Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions and training programs on DBT for team members
