About the Role:

We are looking for a Project Technical Head to plan, schedule and execute a multi-tower real estate project in Kalyan. You will lead the technical team, own the construction programme and quality, and report progress to management every fortnight. You will use AI tools to make planning, work review and progress tracking faster and more reliable.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

- BE/B.Tech Civil (mandatory); M.Tech in Construction Management is an advantage.
- 10+ years of experience in building construction, including at least one multi-tower or high-rise project handled from start to finish.
- Exposure to different construction technologies and methods: RCC framed structure, aluminium or other system formwork, MEP, waterproofing, façade and finishing.
- Strong planning and scheduling skills, with MS Project,



Primavera or equivalent.
- Ability to read drawings, BOQs and specifications, and to check contractor measurements and bills.
- Knowledge of UDCPR, National Building Code, IS codes, fire norms and local approval processes in Maharashtra.
- Strong leadership, decision-making and communication skills in English, Hindi and Marathi.
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint; comfortable using AI tools for planning, review and reporting.
- Integrity, accountability and a track record of delivering projects on time.

Preferred:

- Experience with a reputed builder in MMR (Mumbai Metropolitan Region).
- Experience with RERA-registered projects and engineer's certification requirements.
- Knowledge of BIM or project management tools and dashboards.

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
