Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and professional Senior Event Manager to plan, manage, and execute events from concept to completion. The candidate will be responsible for leading the event team, coordinating with clients and vendors, managing budgets, and ensuring the successful execution of weddings, corporate events, and other special occasions.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, organize, and execute weddings, corporate events, and social functions.
- Manage the complete event lifecycle, from client briefings to final execution.
- Lead and supervise event executives, operations staff, and production teams.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, decorators, caterers, venues, and other service providers.
- Prepare event plans, timelines, budgets, and execution schedules.
- Monitor event expenses and ensure effective budget management.
- Oversee event setup, production, logistics, and on-site operations.
- Handle client requirements,



resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Ensure all events are delivered on time and according to quality standards.
- Conduct post-event reviews and maintain strong client and vendor relationships.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Graduate in any discipline; a degree in Event Management or Hospitality is preferred.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in event management.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Excellent planning, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in vendor negotiation, budgeting, and event coordination.
- Ability to manage multiple events and work under pressure.
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including weekends, as required.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
