- Assist in purchasing materials, tools, equipment, consumables, and other items as per departmental requirements
- Collect quotations from suppliers and prepare comparative statements for price and quality evaluation.
- Coordinate with vendors regarding pricing, delivery schedules, payment terms, and material availability.
- Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs) after obtaining the necessary approvals.
- Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Coordinate with internal departments for purchase requisitions and material requirements.
- Maintain vendor records, purchase orders, quotations, invoices, and other procurement documents.
- Assist in identifying current vendors and maintaining good relationships with existing suppliers.
- Verify material specifications and quantities against purchase requirements.
- Coordinate with the Accounts and Stores departments regarding invoices, material receipts, and pending deliveries.
- Maintain purchase trackers and reports using MS Excel.
- Ensure that procurement activities follow company policies and approval procedures.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per year
