Roles and Responsibilities:

- Customer Service
- Assist customers with banking-related queries and service requests.
- Explain banking products, services, and account facilities.
- Maintain good customer relationships and customer satisfaction.
- Account Acquisition
- Support the opening of savings and current accounts.
- Identify potential customers and generate new business leads.
- Assist with customer onboarding and KYC documentation.
- Banking Operations
- Verify customer documents according to bank procedures.
- Support daily banking activities and maintain accurate records.
- Follow banking policies, KYC norms, and compliance requirements.
- Reporting and Coordination
- Prepare daily activity and customer follow-up reports.
- Coordinate with branch teams and reporting managers.
- Participate in product training and performance reviews.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 per month
