We are looking for a responsible and customer-focused Cafe Manager to oversee daily cafe operations, maintain food and beverage quality standards, manage staff, and ensure an excellent customer experience. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, communication, and operational management skills.

Key Responsibilities

1. Cafe Operations

- Oversee daily cafe operations and ensure smooth workflow.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and workplace safety standards.
- Monitor inventory, stock levels, ordering, and vendor coordination.
- Ensure proper use, maintenance, and care of cafe equipment.

2. Team Management

- Supervise, train, and schedule cafe staff.
- Monitor employee performance and support team development.
- Maintain a qualified, collaborative, and productive work setting.
- Address staff concerns and operational challenges appropriately.

3. Customer Service

- Ensure prompt, courteous, and professional customer service.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints effectively.
- Maintain service standards that encourage customer satisfaction and repeat visits.

4. Sales and Cost Control

- Monitor daily sales, cash handling, and operational expenses.
- Support sales growth through product recommendations, upselling, and promotional activities.
- Monitor wastage and implement measures to control operational costs.
- Maintain accurate records of daily sales and stock movement.

5. Food and Beverage Quality





- Ensure consistency in food and beverage quality, preparation, and presentation.
- Follow established food safety, hygiene, and sanitation procedures.
- Monitor product storage, freshness, and handling practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Understanding of cafe operations, inventory management, and customer service.
- Ability to solve problems and make operational decisions.
- Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and sanitation practices.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with billing or POS systems.

Preferred Experience

- Previous experience in a cafe, restaurant, bakery, or hospitality environment is preferred.
- Experience supervising staff and handling daily operational responsibilities is an advantage.

Role Expectations

- Maintain smooth day-to-day operations and service standards.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and operating procedures.
- Take ownership of customer satisfaction, team performance, and operational efficiency.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
