We are looking for a dedicated and proactive HR Recruiter specializing in Academic Recruitment to manage the recruitment of faculty members and academic professionals across various departments. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing qualified teaching professionals, screening applications, coordinating interviews, and ensuring timely closure of academic vacancies as per institutional requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for academic positions, including Assistant Professors, Associate Professors, Professors, Lecturers, Senior Lecturers, Readers, Principals, Deans, and Heads of Departments (HODs), as applicable.
- Source candidates for various academic departments, including Engineering, Management, Pharmacy, Dental, Nursing, Law, and other disciplines.
- Post academic job vacancies on Indeed and other relevant recruitment platforms.
- Screen resumes and verify candidates' educational qualifications, specialization, teaching experience, and research background.
- Check candidate eligibility as per applicable university, UGC, AICTE, PCI, DCI, INC, BCI, or other relevant regulatory requirements, depending on the department and position.
- Conduct initial HR screening calls and assess candidates' experience, communication skills, salary expectations, and availability.
- Coordinate interviews with Principals, HODs, Deans, and other concerned authorities.




- Follow up with shortlisted candidates and coordinate the selection, salary negotiation, offer, and joining process.
- Maintain academic recruitment trackers, candidate databases, interview records, and vacancy status reports.
- Build and maintain a database of qualified faculty members for current and future academic requirements.
- Ensure timely fulfillment of faculty vacancies according to institutional staffing needs.

Eligibility Criteria

- Graduate in any discipline; an MBA/PGDM in Human Resources will be an added advantage.
- 1–3 years of experience in HR recruitment, preferably in academic or educational recruitment.
- Knowledge of faculty recruitment processes and academic designations is preferred.
- Familiarity with faculty qualification requirements and relevant regulatory guidelines is desirable.
- Proficiency in Indeed, other job portals, MS Excel, and recruitment tracking.
- Excellent communication, coordination, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet recruitment targets.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
