Quality & feedback

- Ensure curriculum, class flow and experience standards are followed
- Flag challenges and work with the Cluster Head on improvements

Parent communication & community

- Be the main point of contact for parents in the apartment
- Build relationships with enrolled and prospective parents
- Share timely updates on schedules, fees, make-up classes, substitutions and program changes
- Handle parent queries, concerns and onboarding conversations

Revenue,

retention & growth

- Own revenue growth for your apartment community
- Keep existing parents engaged and retained
- Introduce Openhouse programs to current parents in the society and drive enrolments
- Track leads, follow-ups, conversions, renewals and drop-offs; fill batches
- Share regular updates with the Cluster Head on enrolments, revenue and feedback

Operations & coordination

- Coordinate daily schedules between teachers, parents and apartment management
- Handle attendance, make-ups and backups smoothly

What we are looking for

- 0–3 years of experience (freshers with strong aptitude welcome)
- Background in education, early childhood or related fields preferred
- Comfortable with children and classroom environments
- Confident talking to parents and handling conversations independently
- Good communication; organised, proactive and detail-oriented
- Adaptable and happy in a dynamic, on-ground role

What the role offers

- Work at the intersection of education, community and operations
- Hands-on exposure to classrooms and program execution
- Build strong community relationships and real local impact
- Growth path into operations, program management or cluster leadership
