Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and target-oriented Key Accounts Manager to join our Sales team. The ideal candidate should have strong end-to-end sales experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong client relationships while consistently achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Manage and grow existing client accounts.
- Identify and approach prospective clients to generate new business.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Develop and maintain excellent client relationships.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Handle both high-volume and high-value sales.
- Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
- Develop and implement initiatives to support sales targets.
- Mentor and monitor sales executives.

Requirements

- Minimum 5 years of end-to-end sales experience.




- Proven sales and business development skills.
- Strong target orientation and a self-driven approach.
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Solid networking and relationship management skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Good time management and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
- Experience in a Market Research company will be an added advantage.
