About the Role

We are looking for a young, disciplined, tech-savvy, and detail-oriented professional who can manage daily operational records, customer data, follow-ups, and administrative coordination.

The primary responsibility is to ensure that every bill, customer record, stock entry, visitor detail, and follow-up is accurately recorded and completed on time. The role also includes executive assistance to MD&CEO; and coordination with the digital marketing team. The ideal candidate takes ownership, maintains accurate record and learns new software quickly.

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Customer Data Management

1. Software Management

o Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all bills, customers, and stock entries.

o Ensure all transactions and entries are completed on the same day.

o Maintain zero pending entries at the end of each working day.

o Prepare and share the weekly Ornate report with Ashima by Monday, first half.

2. Walk-in & Exhibition Data Management

o Record every walk-in customer and exhibition visitor in the designated Google Sheet or Excel tracker.





o Capture customer names and mobile numbers accurately on the same day.

o Maintain a minimum 95% mobile-number capture rate.

3. Customer Follow-ups

o Prepare and share the daily customer call list by morning hours.

o Ensure all required calls are completed and their outcomes recorded.

o Contact short-listed, undecided, or lost customers within 48 hours, as applicable.

o Track customer responses and repeat visits.

Candidate Requirements

· Graduate in any stream

· Preferable Age - 25–30 Years

· 1–3 years of experience in office administration, back-office operations, CRM, telecalling, retail operations, or a similar role.

· Comfortable with Excel, Google Sheets, WhatsApp, and digital tools.

· Ability to learn recent software independently and quickly.

· Fluent in Punjabi and Hindi, with decent English writing skills.
