We are a growing distributorship in Paonta Sahib supplying [product categories, e.g. packaged foods / FMCG brands] to retailers and customers in the area. We are looking for a reliable, hardworking salesman who knows the local market and wants to grow with us.

What You’ll Do

- Visit kiranas, general stores and other retailers on a fixed beat plan and take orders for our products
- Find and sign up current retailers to grow our coverage
- Deliver orders to retailers and to direct customers on time
- Collect payments (cash/UPI/cheque), follow up on outstanding dues, and submit collections daily
- Manage stock in the godown: receiving goods, counting stock, tracking expiry dates and reporting what needs to be reordered
- Keep daily records of orders, deliveries, payments and stock (paper register or simple mobile app)
- Share market feedback on what’s selling, what’s not, and what competitors are doing

What We’re Looking For





- 12th pass or above (graduates welcome)
- 1+ year of field sales experience, preferably in FMCG, food or distribution (freshers with strong local contacts can apply)
- Comfortable speaking Hindi and Punjabi; basic English is a plus
- Basic smartphone use (WhatsApp, UPI, simple billing apps)
- Honest and careful with cash and stock, since you’ll handle both daily
- Self-motivated and able to work independently on the field
- Will also get food and residence if not local
