0 to 1 year of experience Freshers can apply Candidates with basic experience in machine servicing or electrical work will be preferred Roles:
Visit client sites for installation of packaging machines Handle machine servicing, maintenance, and troubleshooting Identify issues in machines and provide quick solutions in office Coordinate with clients to understand technical problems Provide proper guidance and demonstration of machines to clients Maintain clear and professional email communication with customers and internal team Prepare and submit service reports after each visit Ensure machines are working properly after installation/service Follow up with clients for feedback and service support Coordinate with internal technical team for complex issues Maintain records of service visits, complaints, and resolutions Ensure timely service and customer satisfaction Qualification: Diploma or B.Tech in Electrical Engineering (mandatory)
