Role Overview

Fospe is seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer with 3+ years of experience to join our core engineering team. You will build high-performance web applications, manage contemporary backend and database systems, and orchestrate deployment pipelines. We embrace AI-assisted software development and expect you to use tools such as Claude Code, OpenAI Codex, Trae, Cursor, and GitHub Copilot to accelerate delivery while carefully reviewing generated code for quality, security, and maintainability.

Key Responsibilities

- ✓Build responsive, high-performance web interfaces with React, Next.js, TypeScript, and modern CSS.
- ✓Implement server-side rendering, static generation, and incremental static regeneration patterns for strong rendering and SEO performance.
- ✓Connect client applications to REST APIs, GraphQL services, and real-time backend systems.
- ✓Design and optimize backend workflows, API routes, database schemas, and data migrations.
- ✓Manage relational and backend-as-a-service databases, including MySQL, Supabase, and PostgreSQL, with attention to query performance and data consistency.
- ✓Deploy and maintain cloud infrastructure on AWS and serverless hosting platforms such as Vercel.
- ✓Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated testing, preview deployments, and production releases.
- ✓Manage object storage for static assets, media processing, and document workflows.
- ✓Use AI coding assistants to accelerate implementation, boilerplate generation, refactoring, and debugging, then audit and refine generated code for security and architectural integrity.
- ✓Stay current with developer tools and practices that improve engineering quality and team delivery speed.

Mandatory Requirements

Eligibility & Qualifications





- ✓3+ years of professional experience developing full-stack web applications.
- ✓Hands-on experience with React, Next.js (App Router or Pages Router), TypeScript, and JavaScript.
- ✓Proficiency with Tailwind CSS, HTML5, CSS3, and frontend state or data tools such as Redux, Zustand, or React Query.
- ✓Experience with Supabase, MySQL, and PostgreSQL, and an ORM such as Prisma or Drizzle.
- ✓Experience with AWS (including EC2 and S3), Vercel, Docker, and CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions.
- ✓Strong backend and API skills with Node.js/Express, Next.js API routes, REST APIs, and WebSockets.
- ✓Practical experience using AI developer tools such as Claude Code, OpenAI Codex, Trae, Cursor, or GitHub Copilot, including reviewing AI-generated code.
- ✓Comfortable using Git with GitHub or GitLab.
- ✓Ability to work in a hybrid arrangement based in Kochi, India.

Preferred / Advantageous Qualifications

- Experience building or operating enterprise SaaS products or multi-tenant architectures.
- Knowledge of serverless functions, edge computing, or AWS Lambda.
- Familiarity with vector databases or LLM integrations such as the OpenAI API, Anthropic API, or LangChain.
