Invoice Management

o Receive, review, and process vendor invoices.

o Verify accuracy of charges, purchase orders, and approvals.

o Match invoices with receipts and contracts.

o Co-ordinate with Projects and Suppliers for completion of documentation.

Record Keeping & Reporting

o Maintain accurate financial records in accounting systems.

o Prepare Aging Analysis in system.

o Assist with audits by providing documentation.

o Identification and separation of Advance payments

Reconciliations

o Reconciling vendor statements with company records.

o Identifying discrepancies between invoices, payments, and ledger balances.

o Month-end and year-end reconciliations for accurate financial reporting.

Compliance & Reporting

- Ensuring adherence to tax regulations (VAT, GST, withholding taxes).
- Generating AP aging reports and cash flow forecasts.

ERP

- Ensuring ERP system reflects correct balances.

Pay: ₹25,500.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
