Job Title: Full Stack WordPress Developer

Pay: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month

Location: Kochi

Experience Required: Minimum 4 Years

We are looking for a skilled Full Stack WordPress Developer with a minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in website development, functionality enhancement, plugin customization and development, and full-stack web development.

The ideal candidate should have robust expertise in PHP and Core PHP, along with practical experience in CodeIgniter or Laravel. The candidate should be capable of building websites from scratch, developing and modifying functionality through coding, customizing and developing WordPress plugins, and working across multiple platforms when required.

✨ A strong understanding of front-end design principles, creative design concepts, WordPress functionality, PHP-based backend development, and plugin customization is mandatory to deliver visually appealing, responsive, secure, and user-friendly websites.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain WordPress websites from scratch with a strong focus on performance, responsiveness, security, and design execution.
- Develop full-stack web solutions using *PHP, Core PHP, and WordPress*.
- Develop, customize, and enhance WordPress plugins as per project requirements.
- Create and modify website functionality through custom coding.
- Develop and customize themes, templates, and WordPress functionalities.
- Work with *CodeIgniter or Laravel* for developing and maintaining PHP-based web applications when required.
- Implement and execute design concepts, ensuring seamless integration between front-end design and back-end functionality.
- Maintain and optimize WordPress websites for speed, stability, security, and SEO compatibility.
- Work with databases, particularly *MySQL*, for website and application development.
- Integrate third-party services, APIs, and external platforms as required.




- Collaborate with designers and developers to deliver high-quality, user-friendly websites and web applications.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues across WordPress and PHP environments.
- Ensure websites and applications are responsive and compatible across different browsers and devices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in WordPress and web development
- Strong expertise in WordPress plugin customization from scratch , plugin development, and functionality customization– must-have.
- Strong expertise in PHP and Core PHP– must-have.
- Practical experience with CodeIgniter or Laravel – must-have.
- Proficiency in MySQL, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Ability to create and modify custom WordPress themes and templates.
- Strong understanding of WordPress architecture, hooks, actions, filters, and custom functionality.
- Strong front-end design knowledge, including UI/UX principles and creative design concepts.
- Ability to handle both front-end and back-end development.
- Exposure to multiple development platforms and technologies, including WordPress, PHP, Java, CodeIgniter, or Laravel.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to understand project requirements and independently develop suitable technical solutions.

- Familiarity with REST APIs and third-party integrations.
- Knowledge of website and application performance optimization.
- Understanding of WordPress and web application security best practices.
- Experience with version control tools such as Git.
- Basic knowledge of design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Photoshop.
- Experience in developing custom web applications using PHP frameworks.
- Knowledge of server-side deployment and hosting environments will be an added advantage.
