Job Description – Embedded Hardware Developer / PCB DESIGN ENGINEER

1. Design and develop embedded hardware circuits, including analog, digital, and power

electronics.

2.Create schematics, select components, and develop PCB layouts using Altium.

3. Optimize designs for cost, performance, reliability, manufacturability, and PCB size.

4. Perform hardware bring-up, debugging, validation, and root cause analysis of design and

production issues.

5.Prepare and maintain engineering documents such as schematics, BOM, PCB files,

Gerber files, validation reports, and production release documents.

6.Support prototype development, production, and customer-related hardware issues.

7.Ensure compliance with engineering standards, design review processes, and quality

requirements.

8. Collaborate with firmware, mechanical, testing, production,



and cross-functional teams for successful project execution.

9. Complete assigned tasks within committed timelines and provide regular project status

updates.

10. Contribute creative ideas for product improvement, cost reduction, and process

enhancement.

11.Participate in technical discussions, knowledge-sharing sessions, and continuous learning activities.

12. Demonstrate ownership, professionalism, accuracy, teamwork, and a proactive approach in delivering high-quality engineering solutions.
