Key ResponsibilitiesWedding Planning & Coordination

- Plan and execute weddings, pre-wedding functions, receptions, and social celebrations
- Understand client vision, themes, traditions, and event expectations
- Create wedding concepts, timelines, schedules, and execution plans
- Ensure flawless coordination of all wedding functions and ceremonies

Client Management

- Conduct meetings with clients and families
- Present creative ideas, themes, décor concepts, and venue suggestions
- Maintain regular communication and updates throughout the planning process
- Handle guest preferences and personalized requirements professionally

Vendor & Venue Coordination

- Coordinate with decorators, caterers, photographers, makeup artists, entertainers, designers, hospitality teams, and production vendors
- Manage venue bookings and vendor negotiations
- Ensure timely delivery and quality execution of all services

Budget Management

- Prepare wedding budgets and cost estimates
- Track expenses and vendor payments
- Deliver events within approved budgets without compromising quality

Décor & Creative Styling

- Assist in theme conceptualization and décor styling
- Coordinate floral arrangements, stage setup, lighting, hospitality, and guest experience
- Work closely with creative and production teams for aesthetic execution

Guest & Hospitality Management

- Coordinate guest lists, invitations, RSVPs, accommodation, transportation, and hospitality
- Handle VIP guest management and family coordination
- Ensure smooth guest experience during all functions

Event Operations & Execution





- Supervise on-ground event setup and rehearsals
- Manage backstage operations and function flow
- Resolve last-minute challenges efficiently during events
- Ensure timelines and quality standards are maintained

Qualification

- Graduate in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field
- Wedding Planning/Event Management certification preferred

Experience

- 2–5 years in Wedding Planning, Event Management, Hospitality, Luxury Events, or Social Events
- Experience in handling premium or destination weddings preferred
