Senior Operations Manager

Job Summary : The Senior Operations Manager will oversee operations across all TCL branches, ensuring smooth daily functioning, service quality, employee accountability, SOP compliance, customer satisfaction, and achievement of business targets.

Key Responsibilities:
● Oversee daily operations across all branches and ensure adherence to company SOPs.
● Monitor Store Managers, ROMs, supervisors, and technicians for performance and accountability.
● Conduct regular store visits, operational audits, and performance reviews.
● Ensure service quality, timely vehicle delivery, and proper vehicle inspection procedures.
● Monitor customer complaints, feedback, follow-ups, and resolution.
● Ensure proper CRM updates, daily reports, checklists, and operational records.
● Track branch-wise revenue, productivity, customer retention, and sales targets.
● Ensure proper inventory management, equipment maintenance, store cleanliness, and safety.
● Identify operational shortcomings, assign responsibility, and ensure timely corrective action.
● Coordinate with HR, Finance, Marketing,



and other departments to resolve operational issues.
● Train teams and ensure consistent implementation of processes across all branches.

Qualifications & Experience :
● Graduate in any relevant discipline.
● 5–8 years of operations experience, preferably in multi-store or service-centre operations.
● Experience in automotive, car detailing, retail, or service-oriented businesses preferred.
● Good knowledge of team management, SOPs, CRM, Excel/Google Sheets, and MIS reporting.
● Solid leadership, communication, problem-solving, and execution skills.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
● Branch-wise revenue and target achievement.
● Service quality and customer satisfaction.
● SOP compliance and store audit performance.
● Employee productivity and accountability.
● Reduction in complaints, rework, and operational losses.
● Timely completion of assigned tasks and corrective actions.

Pay: ₹615,000.00 - ₹1,400,000.00 per year
