- Maintain books of accounts and do daily bookkeeping for UAE and Indian clients
- Use QuickBooks, Zoho Books, Tally or Odoo as the client requires
- Reconcile bank statements, ledgers and VAT/GST data
- Prepare financial statements and monthly MIS reports
- Prepare and file UAE VAT returns and support UAE Corporate Tax filing
- Prepare and file GST returns, TDS returns and income tax returns in India
- Support MSME, EPF, ESI and Digital Signature registrations
- Keep documents ready for tax authority queries and audits
- Follow up with clients for documents and send deadline reminders

Qualifications

- B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance)
- Valuable knowledge of accounting basics




- Basic understanding of UAE VAT and Corporate Tax, and Indian GST, TDS and income tax
- Working knowledge of QuickBooks, Zoho Books or Tally (at least one)
- Good MS Excel skills
- Good English communication; Malayalam is a plus
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
