Cognoro Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a hands-on Full Stack Developer who can take ownership of web applications from development through production deployment.

This is not a role where you will work only on frontend screens or only on backend APIs. We need someone comfortable working across the complete application lifecycle — frontend, backend, databases, integrations, deployment, debugging and production support.

You will work directly with the founder on multiple SaaS products that are already under development or deployment, including QRDinesOS and other business-management platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain frontend interfaces using React / modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Develop backend APIs, business logic and services using Node.js and/or Laravel/PHP.
- Design and maintain MySQL/PostgreSQL databases.
- Build and integrate REST APIs and third-party services.
- Debug frontend, backend, database and production issues.
- Manage Git branches, pull requests and code reviews.
- Deploy applications to production servers/cloud environments.
- Configure domains, DNS, SSL certificates and environment variables.
- Work with Linux servers, Nginx/Apache and application processes.
- Set up or maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions or similar tools.
- Handle application builds, migrations, backups and deployment rollback when required.
- Monitor production applications and resolve issues quickly.
- Improve application security, performance and reliability.
- Write clean, maintainable and documented code.
- Review AI-generated or agent-generated code before it reaches production.
- Work with testing/QA processes and fix reported defects.
- Take ownership of features from requirement to deployment.

Frontend:

backups, monitoring and deployment troubleshooting

Production ownership:
Finding and fixing issues when something works locally but fails in production

Required Skills

- Minimum 2 years of hands-on full-stack development experience preferred.
- Strong JavaScript fundamentals.
- Good experience with React.js.
- Experience with Node.js and/or Laravel.
- Good knowledge of MySQL/PostgreSQL.
- Experience building and consuming REST APIs.
- Strong Git/GitHub knowledge.
- Hands-on experience deploying applications to a Linux/cloud server.
- Understanding of DNS, SSL and environment variables.
- Ability to debug production issues independently.
- Basic knowledge of application security.
- Good problem-solving skills.
- Ability to understand an existing codebase rather than always starting from scratch.
- Comfortable working in a startup workplace with ownership and responsibility.

- GitHub Actions or other CI/CD experience.
- Redis / queues / background jobs.
- Payment gateway integrations.

We are not looking for someone who simply copies AI-generated code without understanding it.

The developer must be able to:

- understand generated code,
- review architecture,
- identify security or logic problems,
- debug failures,
- test changes properly,
- and take responsibility for production deployments.

What You Will Work On

You will work on live and near-production SaaS products developed by Cognoro Technologies,



including restaurant-management and other vertical business-management systems.

The role will involve both:

- building new functionality, and
- maintaining, improving and deploying existing applications.

“Build this feature, connect it to the backend, update the database, test it and deploy it safely.”

and handling the complete cycle.
