A UK-based firm of accountants and tax advisors is looking for a manager.

The key responsibilities include:

- Working directly for the Partner and being the first point of call for work and associated questions
- Technical review of all client deliverables including statutory filings- personal and business tax returns, VAT returns and copany accounts
- Managing the year-end accounts process, including preparation for pre-year-end meetings, plus reviewing and finalising accounts
- Personal and corporate tax returns and relevant advise
- Reviewing monthly payroll
- Helping business owners have meaningful information at their fingertips
- Getting involved in interesting project work for clients
- Advising business owners on how they can improve their businesses
- Reviewing and managing staff

The successful applicant

The successful applicant MUST have previous experience working within an accountancy practice as well as:

- ACA / ACCA qualified
- 3-5 Years post qualifiacion experience




- Experience in working with Xero, and Quickbooks
- Great organisation skills, including the ability to prioritise a changing workload
- A passion and desire to make a difference
- Excellent team player and project management skills
- Excellent written and spoken English skills

Location and timings

- This is an office-based role.
- Working hours- 08:00 to 17:00 UK time
