Job Overview
I-Manager Publishing Limited is looking for a confident and enthusiastic telecalling executive cum marketing executive to promote our books, magazines, and educational publications; connect with customers; and develop current business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to schools, colleges, institutions, and potential customers.
- Promote the company’s books, magazines, and educational products.
- Explain product details and respond to customer inquiries.
- Follow up with prospective customers and maintain customer relationships.
- Identify new marketing opportunities and generate leads.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to achieve business targets.
- Maintain daily call records and submit marketing reports.
Eligibility Criteria
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and MS Office skills.
- Ability to communicate confidently with customers over the phone.
- Willingness to undertake field visits when required.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
