We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented HVAC Design & Estimation Engineer to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for HVAC system design, heat load calculations, equipment selection, quantity estimation, BOQ preparation, cost estimation, and tender preparation. The ideal candidate should have good technical knowledge of HVAC systems, proficiency in relevant design software, and the ability to prepare accurate and commercially competitive proposals.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare HVAC system designs for commercial, industrial, and residential projects as applicable.
- Perform heating and cooling load calculations and fresh air/ventilation calculations.
- Select and size HVAC equipment, including chillers, AHUs, FCUs, VRF/VRV systems, split AC units, ventilation fans, and pumps.
- Prepare HVAC layouts, ducting and piping drawings, equipment layouts, and technical submittals.
- Prepare Bill of Quantities (BOQ), material take-offs, and detailed cost estimates.
- Review drawings, technical specifications, tender documents, and project requirements.
- Obtain and evaluate vendor quotations and prepare comparative statements.
- Prepare techno-commercial offers, tender submissions, cost breakups, and quotations.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, suppliers, procurement, and project execution teams.
- Identify cost optimization opportunities while maintaining quality and technical compliance.




- Ensure all designs and estimates are accurate and submitted within deadlines.
- Provide technical support to the project and sales teams as required.

Required Qualifications

- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Relevant experience in HVAC design, estimation, and tendering.
- Good understanding of HVAC systems, equipment selection, duct sizing, and piping layouts.
- Ability to read and interpret HVAC, MEP, and architectural drawings.
- Knowledge of HVAC standards, project specifications, and relevant codes.
