Digital Marketing Specialist (B2B Lead Generation): Remote, Part-Time

We build industry-specific ERP and business systems, including Qlassic (glass manufacturing ERP), Qcare (hospital information system) and Qpharma (pharmacy management). We serve manufacturing, healthcare and corporate clients across the GCC and beyond, helping them digitize operations and make better decisions.

The Role

We're looking for a results-driven B2B digital marketer to generate qualified leads and build Qutechs' brand presence online. This is a remote, part time role (about 15 hours/week). It is deliverable-based, starting with a 2-month engagement that can be renewed based on results.

What You'll Do

1. Optimize Qutechs' digital footprint across SEO, website, social media, UGC and paid channels

2. Plan and run localized Google Ads and LinkedIn campaigns to drive sales of target products in GCC markets

3. Manage social media and website content

4. Enter and manage inbound leads in the Qutechs CRM

5. Advise on online lead generation tools and tactics, and support the sales team

*Targets & Deliverables*

- 40+ leads/month by month 2,



including 20+ marketing qualified leads/month

- Inbound leads logged in the CRM

- Monthly performance report covering GA4, Google Ads and LinkedIn Campaign Manager

*Requirements*

- 3–5 years of B2B digital marketing experience

- Google Ads, Meta and LinkedIn Ads and Google Digital Marketing certifications

- Business background/experience with a focus in sales and marketing

- Hands-on with GA4 and CRM systems

- Preferred: 1–2 years in SaaS/ERP/systems marketing, GCC client experience, manufacturing industry exposure

Expected hours: 10.0 – 15.0 per week
