About the Role

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Executive who is passionate about content creation, social media management, and video production. The ideal candidate should be comfortable creating, shooting, and editing engaging reels and be confident appearing on camera as the face of our content.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage the company's social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Plan, create, shoot, and edit engaging reels, videos, and social media content.
- Develop creative content ideas, themes, and strategies to increase audience engagement.
- Appear on camera and present content confidently in reels, promotional videos, and campaigns.
- Create engaging posts, stories, captions, and other visual content.
- Stay updated with trending audio, reels formats, and the latest social media trends.
- Plan and maintain a consistent social media content calendar.
- Monitor social media performance, reach, and engagement to improve content strategy.
- Collaborate with the team to align content with brand objectives and marketing campaigns.

Required Skills and Qualifications





- 1–2 years of experience in social media management and content creation.
- Hands-on experience in shooting and editing reels and short-form videos.
- Familiarity with video editing tools such as CapCut, VN, InShot, or similar applications.
- Basic knowledge of Canva or other graphic design tools is an advantage.
- Understanding of Instagram trends, content strategy, and audience engagement.
- Good communication skills, creativity, and attention to detail.
- Confidence in front of the camera and willingness to be the face of reels and promotional content.
- Ability to manage content creation independently, from ideation to publishing.

What We Are Looking For

The candidate should enjoy being on camera and be comfortable handling the complete content creation process, including planning, shooting, editing, and publishing.
