About the Role

Royale Stores is looking for a detail-oriented, proactive and responsible E-Commerce Executive to manage the day-to-day operations of our online store.

The ideal candidate should have basic hands-on experience in e-commerce operations, product listings, inventory management and order processing. We are looking for someone who can independently manage routine tasks, maintain accuracy and contribute towards improving our website performance and online sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Website Management: Manage and regularly update our Shopify website, ensuring accurate product information, pricing, availability and website functionality.
- Product Listings: Add, edit and optimise product listings with accurate descriptions, specifications, images, pricing and SEO-friendly content.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, update inventory records and maintain accurate product availability.
- Order Management: Manage daily online orders and coordinate processing, dispatches, deliveries, returns and cancellations.
- E-Commerce Operations: Handle routine website backend operations, troubleshoot basic issues and ensure smooth daily functioning.
- SEO Optimisation: Optimise product titles, descriptions, images and other on-page elements to improve search visibility.
- Offers & Promotions:



Update discount codes, website banners, promotional campaigns and special offers.
- Customer Coordination: Assist with order-related queries and coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns.
- Sales Monitoring: Track website sales, product performance and basic e-commerce metrics.
- Reporting: Prepare and maintain reports related to inventory, orders, product listings and sales.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Minimum 6 months–1 year of practical experience in e-commerce operations or online store management.
- Basic working knowledge of Shopify, WooCommerce or similar e-commerce platforms.
- Experience managing product listings, pricing and inventory updates.
- Good proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Familiarity with online order processing and shipping coordination.
- Basic understanding of SEO and e-commerce product optimisation.
- Good computer skills and ability to work with online platforms.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to independently handle day-to-day tasks and meet deadlines.

Additional Advantages

- Previous hands-on experience with Shopify.




- Familiarity with Google Merchant Center and Google Search Console.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics and basic digital marketing.
- Experience with payment gateways, shipping platforms and COD operations.
- Basic knowledge of Canva or image editing.
- Interest in cameras, photography, gadgets and consumer electronics.
