- Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure work matches drawings, specifications, and schedule
- Plan and allocate work to foremen, supervisors, subcontractors, and labour
- Monitor progress against the project timeline and report delays or issues promptly
- Conduct quality checks on materials, concrete, reinforcement, masonry, finishing, etc.
- Take measurements, prepare quantity estimates, and maintain Bar Bending Schedules (BBS)
- Prepare and verify contractor/subcontractor bills and running account (RA) bills
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, clients, and vendors
- Manage material requirements, site inventory, and wastage control
- Enforce safety rules, PPE use, and statutory site compliance
- Maintain daily progress reports (DPR), site registers, and measurement books
- Resolve technical issues on site and implement corrective actions

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
