- ITI in Electronics / Electrical or a related field
- Diploma in Electronics / Electronics & Telecommunication
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in installation, testing, and maintenance of electronic devices and equipment.
- Support troubleshooting and resolve basic technical issues.
- Visit customer sites for installation and service support, as required.
- Perform basic hardware testing and inspection.
- Coordinate with the technical team for service-related issues.
- Maintain service reports and technical documentation.
Required Skills:
- Basic knowledge of electronics, electrical components, and troubleshooting.
- Interest in learning technical and field service work.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel to customer locations, if required.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
