Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and understand their needs.
- Explain product features, specifications, and prices.
- Promote and sell mobile accessories such as chargers, cables, earphones, covers, screen protectors, and other related products.
- Maintain product displays and ensure the sales area is clean and organized.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain stock availability and coordinate with the inventory team.
- Support billing and other sales-related activities when required.
Requirements
- Previous experience in sales is preferred.
- Experience in mobile accessories or electronics sales will be an advantage.
- Positive communication and customer-handling skills.
- Basic product knowledge of mobile accessories.
- Ability to work in a team and achieve sales targets.
- Positive attitude, honesty, and willingness to learn.
