- To supervise and control day-to-day Green Sand Moulding operations, ensuring production targets, mould quality, productivity, manpower utilization, safety, and minimum rejection levels are achieved.
- Supervise daily Green Sand Moulding production activities and ensure production targets are achieved as per the plan.
- Coordinate with Melting, Core Shop, Fettling, Quality and Maintenance departments for smooth production.
- Monitor rejection and rework and take corrective action to reduce moulding-related defects.
