Job Summary
We are looking for a Billing Engineer with experience in project billing, quantity measurement, BOQ, commercial control and billing MIS. Experience in aluminium, glass, façade, glazing or construction projects is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare RA Bills, Running Bills and Final Bills based on site execution and BOQ.
- Verify site measurements for aluminium windows, doors, façade and glazing.
- Check quantities against BOQ, drawings, work orders and site reports.
- Identify variations, extra/omitted items and balance quantities.
- Maintain project-wise BOQ and billing trackers.
- Reconcile aluminium, glass, hardware and other materials.
- Coordinate with Site, Production, Purchase, Accounts and Clients.
- Follow up for bill certification and payments.
- Prepare and maintain billing MIS and commercial reports.

- Aluminium/Façade/Glazing experience preferred
- Good coordination and analytical skills
- Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. in Civil or related field preferred
