Job Responsibilities:- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.- Monitor dialer performance, call volumes, agent productivity, and sales metrics.- Track login hours, connect rates, conversion rates, and campaign performance.- Coordinate with operations teams to ensure accurate reporting.- Maintain dashboards and provide timely reports to management.
Requirements:- Minimum 6 months of experience in MIS with dialer exposure in a sales voice process.- Positive knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.- Understanding of dialer reports and sales performance metrics.- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
