We are looking for a customer-focused Sales Assistant to assist customers, drive sales, and maintain excellent store standards in our menswear retail outlets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and understand their requirements.
- Recommend suitable products and assist in purchase decisions.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Promote upselling and cross-selling to improve sales performance.
- Handle billing and maintain accurate sales transactions.
- Support stock replenishment and inventory management.
- Maintain product displays and visual merchandising standards.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain store cleanliness.
- Follow company policies, grooming standards, and store procedures.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum qualification is Plus Two or Degree.
- 0–3 years of experience in sales or retail; freshers can apply.
- Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and willingness to learn billing and inventory operations.
- Positive attitude, teamwork, and target-oriented approach.
