We are hiring an experienced F&B; manager for our restaurant in the park.
Qualification: Hotel Management Degree/Diploma preferred
Experience: 15+ years (banquet experience preferred)
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day F&B; operations inside the park restaurant
- Ensure smooth service during peak park hours
- Monitor food quality, hygiene & safety standards
- Lead, train & supervise service and kitchen teams
- Supervise billing, cash management & daily sales reporting
- Coordinate with park management for events & crowd control
- Plan menu updates, offers & seasonal promotions
- Maintain stock levels & reduce wastage
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
