About BRU AIR AMBULANCE

BRU AIR AMBULANCE provides air ambulance coordination services, helping patients and their families arrange medical transportation by air. We coordinate with aviation operators, hospitals, medical teams, and ground ambulance providers to facilitate patient transfers across India and, where available, internationally.

We are looking for a proactive, result-oriented Air Ambulance Executive to manage patient inquiries, coordinate air ambulance requirements, generate business leads, and assist in arranging timely medical transportation.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle incoming inquiries for air ambulance services from patients, families, hospitals, and healthcare professionals.
- Coordinate with aircraft operators, hospitals, doctors, medical teams, and ground ambulance providers.
- Understand patient transportation requirements and collect relevant information for assessment by qualified medical personnel.
- Prepare quotations, share service details, and follow up with prospective clients.
- Coordinate bookings, flight arrangements, patient transfer logistics, and documentation.
- Develop business relationships with hospitals, healthcare agencies, medical tourism companies, and referral partners.
- Generate new business leads through calls, email, networking, and digital platforms.
- Maintain inquiry records, client databases, follow-up reports, and booking updates.




- Communicate professionally with patients' families during time-sensitive situations.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

Eligibility & Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline; candidates with aviation, healthcare, travel, or business development experience are preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good coordination, negotiation, and customer-handling abilities.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, email, and CRM tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage urgent inquiries.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends or holidays, as required by operational needs.
- Prior experience in air ambulance, aviation sales, hospital coordination, medical tourism, or emergency transportation will be an advantage.
