We are looking for a Finishing and Quality Control Engineer to take charge of finishing works and quality standards at our construction site. You will inspect work at every stage, make sure it matches drawings and specifications, and ensure finishing is completed on time and to a standard that reduces rework and customer complaints at handover. You will use AI tools to speed up checklists, snag tracking and reporting.

Required Qualifications and Skills:
- Diploma or BE/B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 3-5 years of experience in finishing works and quality control on residential or commercial building projects.
- Positive knowledge of finishing materials, specifications, workmanship standards, tolerances and waterproofing methods. Ability to read architectural drawings, finishing schedules, BOQs and specifications.
- Knowledge of IS codes,
NBC and standard testing and inspection practices.
- Hands-on use of inspection tools: levels, plumb bob, spirit level, moisture meter, measuring tapes and tile checks.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel and Word; AutoCAD is an advantage.
- Comfortable using AI tools and mobile apps for inspection, snag tracking and reporting.
- Communication in English, Hindi and Marathi; ability to manage contractors and supervisors firmly and fairly.
- Attention to detail, discipline and willingness to work at site.
Preferred:
- Experience with a reputed builder in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. Experience in high-rise or multi-tower projects with a snag and handover process.
- Exposure to waterproofing, aluminium window and façade finishing.
- Basic knowledge of ISO-based quality systems or checklists.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
